  • Advise us on what service you are not happy with.
  • Log the issue via support@renegade-uk.net email.
  • Give us time to resolve.
  • If we still have not resolved and you want to start a complaint, send an email to complaints@renegade-uk.net or using the form on this page, with as much detail about the issues and timeline with the issue you have experienced.
  • If you are still not happy with the outcome or its taken more than 8 weeks and things have still not been resolved – you can raise with the Ombudsman Service https://www.ombudsman-services.org or call them on 0330 440 1614
